RYLA 2023

Rotary Youth Leadership Award (RYLA) event was held at the scenic Agrotek Garden Resort, Hulu Langat. Picture 85 vibrant and dynamic individuals, aged 18-25, coming together for two days packed with workshops designed to unlock their full employability potential.

Mental Health Literacy Programme

Bringing together a group of like-minded youth, Mind Matters Network (MMN) kickstarted their inaugural Mental Health Literacy Programme at Stella Maris International School on May 13, 2023.

Psychological First Aid Training 2023

HELP University hosted a transformative event where participants came together for a Psychological First Aid (PFA) training program. NCMW collaborated with MMN, HELP University, KKM, and Rotary Malaysia to equip participants with tools to provide immediate support during crises. Inspiring speeches, interactive sessions, and practical exercises empower attendees to make a positive difference in mental well-being.

NCMW Conference 2023

The 2023 NCMW Conference, hosted by the National Council of Mental Wellness, is a one-day event showcasing different approaches to mental health from a variety of perspectives. This year, the conference brought together speakers from a diverse range of backgrounds to speak on the theme of “Preserving Mental Health in A Crisis.”

INTI Subang Interactive Workshop

Mind Matters Network curated this exhibition and workshop with the intention of spreading awareness about the available mental health tools and Mind Matters Network to the youth demographic.

Mental Health Exhibition: It All Starts With Me

This exhibition was curated with the intention of bringing together young adults and providing a platform to increase understanding and awareness of youth mental health with the theme ‘It All Starts With Me.’

Youth Mental Health Handbook Launch

Our Youth Mental Health Handbook Launch Event’ was conducted on the 24th November, 2021 at BAC. Joined by the authors of the book, this event brings the audience an even deeper understanding of youth mental health.

VOHC After-Party: Hope Through Music

VOHC After Party was an event curated to enlighten and raise awareness about the mental health continuum, to acknowledge stigma associated with mental illness, promote help-seeking behaviours and emotional well-being practices, and prevent suicide through individual education and outreach events.
