The ‘Youth Mental Health Handbook Launch Event’ is Mind Matters Network’s first ever youth mental health book launch and was conducted on the 24th November, 2021 at BAC. This handbook covers common mental health struggles faced by youth, coping strategies and resources to reach out to for support. Joined by the authors of the book, this event brings the audience an even deeper understanding of youth mental health.
