The ‘Stress Management: Adapting to the New Norm’ event was organised by IMU Mind Matters Club and IMU Cares in conjunction with World Mental Health Day. Conducted on the 9th of October, from 4pm to 5pm, this event was joined by two guest speakers, Professor Dr. Philip George and Professor Marc Archer.

Cahaya Youth Symposium: Symbol of Hope

The Cahaya Youth Symposium: Symbol of Hope was an event whereby participants learnt how to deal with delicate situations. This two-day event consisted of various activities that helped to develop hands-on skills when faced with suicidal individuals. The activities ranged from talks with professionals to roleplay sessions.
