INTI Subang Interactive Workshop: Mental Health Awareness Exhibition

Mind Matters Network x INTI Subang

The Mental Health Awareness Week Exhibition and Interactive Workshop were held on the 4th and 5th of October at INTI University Subang.

Mind Matters Network curated this exhibition and workshop with the intention of spreading awareness about the available mental health tools and Mind Matters Network to the youth demographic. This event was a 2-day exhibition where students could come and learn more about Mind Matters Network and receive some art therapy or PFA if needed.

The 1-hour workshop was run by Salahaddin Pordel (deputy director, MMN) and Thye Wen Yi (Clinical Psychologist, Cara Cara), moderated by Arisha Azlin (NCMW member) discussing mental health and action steps that can be taken by the youth. The topic was ‘Why Mental Health?’

The insights shared were digestible, personal and youth-friendly. Our audience consisted primarily of college students and the turnout was great!

Mind Matters Network would like to extend its gratitude to Thye Wen Yi, Arisha Azlin, Salahaddin, Ker Shin, Masumi, Shansa, and Arisha, Giovanni, Ju Lee.
